By using ScrandleGames, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree with them, the only real remedy is to not use the site — there's no account to close, since there isn't one to begin with.

What the site is

ScrandleGames is a free directory of browser games. Some games are hosted on our own servers; others are embedded from their original developer's site. We don't charge for access, and we don't require you to create an account to play.

Third-party games

Most of the games on this site were not made by us and remain the property of their original developers or publishers. We embed them for convenience and link back to their source where applicable. We don't control how those games behave, and we're not responsible for bugs, downtime, or content changes on the developer's end. If a rightsholder wants a game removed, see our DMCA policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to do anything illegal, don't try to disrupt, overload, or scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other people, and don't attempt to bypass any access restrictions we put in place. Ordinary browsing and playing games is, obviously, exactly what the site is for.

Our own content

The site's design, layout, original written content (game guides, category pages, and similar), and the Scrandle game itself belong to ScrandleGames. Everything else — the embedded games, their names, and their assets — belongs to its respective owner.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is. We try to keep games working and pages loading fast, but we make no guarantee that any specific game will always be available, bug-free, or compatible with your device.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ScrandleGames isn't liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or the games on it — including anything caused by a third-party game's own code or content.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.
